 General description
For access spaces or internal passage that require fire resistance protection and at the same time, which are frequently used. In such cases, wood is not recommended. The RF metallic doors provide the appropriate solution.
Tested and certified in accordance with norm UNE-23- 802-79, they can be supplied in Resistances of 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes.
The construction of the three models is identical regarding:
 Leaf made with two sheets of steel, frame welded
together, 0.8 mm antizinger protection containing the
insulating and fireproof components for each model.
Thickness of leaf, 63 mm with a 17 mm overlap.
1.5 mm steel corner frame, with steel points for anchorage on site. Ready for securing with screws.
Adjustable automatic closing hinges, 3 mm steel.
Anti-panic locks with adjustable European cylinders, 1 point.
Anti-snag steel handle painted black.
The base is always galvanized and rust-proof coated plus antizinger protection, or standard painted option RAL7032.

Accessories and complements
The functionality of the RF metallic doors is guaranteed with a complete range of complements such as:
Flame-proof glazing. It is possible to install flameproof glazing surrounded by a steel, suitably sealed and insulated structure.
The 200 mm diameter peephole is approved.
Anti-panic bars. In the cases in which an evacuation in critical circumstances must be ensured, the antipanic bars in one or two leaves allow the doors to be opened easily and immediately.
Closing selectors: they ensure that in the sets of the two , the passive doors always closes before the active door and the set continues to be Fire Resistant.
Master key. It is possible to create master the keys that share the aperture with other users of common areas while preserving privacy in others.
